Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Organize and lead career workshops, activities, and industry networking events;

2. Establish and maintain partnerships with companies, alumni, and professional organizations to seek cooperation opportunities;

3. Provide one-on-one career counseling and personalized guidance to students;

4. Collect, integrate, and analyze employment data; review, compile, and publish program employment quality reports;

5. Collaborate with program directors, CPDO, and external stakeholders to enhance student employability;

6. Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns within the career development team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;

2. At least 9 years of relevant work experience, preferably in career counseling, corporate recruitment, or higher education student services; candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for a lower entry rank;

3. In-depth understanding of the job market, especially for graduate students;

4. Ability to design and deliver career-related courses and workshops;

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, faculty, and industry partners;

6. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives;

7. Proficiency in office software and career development platforms;

8. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and presentation skills.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
