Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for implementing scientific research development plans and executing various scientific research management tasks;
  2. Responsible for providing support and management for research project applications, including policy communication and interpretation, to ensure professors and researchers can timely understand and utilize the latest scientific research policies;
  3. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and summarizing data related to the college's scientific research information to provide data support for scientific research decision-making;
  4. Responsible for writing relevant school reports or the scientific research-related parts of reports, ensuring the content is accurate and professional;
  5. Regularly and accurately maintain teachers' scientific research achievements, including published papers, research projects, research awards, and other research outcomes, and ensure all scientific research-related documents and materials are always updated for easy access;
  6. Responsible for postdoctoral recruitment and management;
  7. Maintain close communication with the University's Research Office and Talent Office to coordinate matters such as research projects and talent introduction;
  8. Organize various school-level international conferences and academic exchange activities related to scientific research;
  9. Responsible for handling daily administrative affairs related to scientific research;
  10. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Master's degree or above, major in AI, candidates with a background in scientific research management or related fields are preferred;
  2. At least 6 years of experience in scientific research management or related work, with experience in university scientific research management preferred;
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with personnel at different levels;
  4. Strong pressure resistance, excellent organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and ensure timely completion;
  5. Proficiency in data analysis skills, able to use relevant software for data collation and analysis;
  6. Good Chinese and English written and oral communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
