Position
Executive Assistant
Job Duties include:
1. Expense Management: Process reimbursements for travel, conference, and other related-expenses from research funds.
2. Asset Management: Oversee the procurement of hardware, software, data, and services. Conduct regular inventory checks and manage the disposal of outdated assets.
3. Student Affairs: Manage student contract signings and process stipend distributions.
4. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical assistance to professors.
5. Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the professors.
Applicants should have:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 1 year of work experience;
2. Excellent oral and writing skills in both Chinese and English;
3. Candidates with working experience in universities or research institutes are preferred;
4. Candidates with experience in project accounting and management are preferred;
5. Ability to work independently and proactively, be good at mobilizing resources, and have good organization, communication, and coordination skills;
6. A good working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
