Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, technical support and training of instruments on relevant platforms, covering:

(1) Material Characterization: XRD, XPS, EPR, SEM, PPMS, etc.

(2) Electronic Information: Vector network analyzer, signal analyzer, vector signal generator, high-low temperature millimeter-wave probe station, RF probe station, large electromagnetic shielding anechoic chamber, etc.

(3) Micro-Nano Fabrication: Plasma cleaner, EBL, two-photon laser direct writing lithography system, magnetron sputtering coater, ALD system, etc.

2. Assist in the construction and planning of the platform and laboratory.

3. Prepare application documents and follow up on related projects for the center.

4. Support laboratory construction and renovation projects, including equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance.

5. Assist in formulating work specifications and operating procedures.

6. Verify shared service fees, handle financial reimbursement and manage account records.

7. Collect, analyze and report equipment usage data.

8. Develop and maintain information systems.

9. Apply for special funds for instruments and equipment.

10. Handle daily administrative, logistical and reception work of the laboratory.

11. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Master’s degree or above; majors in materials, nanochemistry, physics, new energy, materials physics, electronic information engineering, micro-nano technology are preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of operating experience in at least one field (material characterization / micro-nano fabrication / electronic information), able to independently operate equipment, analyze data and perform maintenance.
  3. Experience in managing large-scale scientific instruments, and working in analysis & testing centers or shared equipment platforms.
  4. Owning strong awareness of confidentiality, standard procedure execution and risk control; abide by laws and regulations, act with integrity, and safeguard university interests.
  5. Excellent anti-stress ability, service awareness, meticulousness and initiative; good communication, coordination, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficient in written and oral Chinese and English; skilled in drafting official documents, regulations and reports.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

2. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助平臺(tái)及實(shí)驗(yàn)室的建設(shè)與規(guī)劃。

3. 負(fù)責(zé)中心相關(guān)申請(qǐng)材料準(zhǔn)備及項(xiàng)目跟進(jìn)。

4. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)、改造項(xiàng)目,完成設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試與驗(yàn)收等工作。

5. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助制定工作規(guī)范與操作流程。

6. 負(fù)責(zé)共享收費(fèi)的核對(duì)、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷(xiāo)以及臺(tái)賬管理。

7. 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備使用數(shù)據(jù)匯總、分析與上報(bào)。

8. 負(fù)責(zé)信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與維護(hù)。

9. 負(fù)責(zé)儀器設(shè)備專(zhuān)項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi)的申報(bào)。

10. 負(fù)責(zé)處理實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常行政、后勤及接待等事務(wù)。

11. 完成上級(jí)安排的其他工作。

崗位要求:

  1. 研究生及以上學(xué)歷,材料、納米化學(xué)、物理學(xué)、新能源、材料物理、電子信息工程、微納技術(shù)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
  2. 具有上述(材料表征/微納加工/電子信息)任一領(lǐng)域相關(guān)儀器設(shè)備5年以上操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行設(shè)備操作、數(shù)據(jù)分析與維護(hù)。
  3. 具有大型科研儀器設(shè)備管理,分析測(cè)試中心、設(shè)備共享平臺(tái)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
  4. 具備良好的保密意識(shí)、優(yōu)秀的流程規(guī)范執(zhí)行能力與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控意識(shí),依法依規(guī),廉潔自律,積極維護(hù)大學(xué)利益。
  5. 抗壓能力強(qiáng),服務(wù)意識(shí)突出,工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)負(fù)責(zé)、積極主動(dòng),服從工作安排,具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神及問(wèn)題解決能力。
  6. 具備出色的中、英文書(shū)面寫(xiě)作與口頭表達(dá)能力,能熟練撰寫(xiě)公文、制度文稿及各類(lèi)匯報(bào)材料。
